Nicola and Chloe are excited to be holding another Zen morning in the beautiful space at Dot Goods Altrincham. They invite you to join them for a session of yoga, breathwork and meditation, taking place at either 7am or 9am, allowing you to carve out an hour of peace, quiet and grounding, setting intentions for the month ahead.
On arrival you will receive a warming herbal tea, the perfect antidote to a winter morning, we’ll then open our class with some pranayama (breathwork) to help us to connect with our breathing and bring stillness into the mind. Feel free to use one of our gorgeous lavender eye pillows to help you switch off and look inwards. Following this, we’ll move into gentle seated and standing movements to awaken the joints and muscles, flowing with the breath, releasing tension whilst gently warming up the body. We will then move into a seated meditation to help us to ground and focus, away from the stresses of everyday life, enabling us to find peace and clarity for the day ahead. Finally, we’ll finish the session with intention setting and a restful relaxation.
Feel free to stay and grab a cup of coffee to power you up for whatever challenges the day has in store! We don’t open to the public on a Monday so there’s no need to rush off. Nicola will be making you your favourite espresso drinks - included in your session any drink of your choice to take away.
